基于专利地图的中小企业专利战略制定研究

摘　　要：中小企业是我国市场经济不可或缺的一部分,它的健康稳步发展对我国各方面都具有重要现实意义。但是中小企业在专利战略和知识产权保护方面存在的不足,是其在知识经济时代竞争力低、发展缓慢、存活率低的重要原因之一。因此,提高专利战略意识,利用知识产权保护自身发展是中小企业亟待解决的问题。探讨了如何利用专利地图为中小企业专利战略制定的各个阶段提供决策信息支撑,以达到规避专利侵权,发展和维护核心竞争优势,提升企业市场存活率的目的。Small and medium-sized enterprises（SMEs）is an indispensable part of our country＇s market economy.Its healthy and steady development has important practical significance to all aspects of our country.However,due to the lack of patent strategy and intellectual property protection in the era of knowledge economy,SMEs show less competitiveness,slow development and low survival rate. Therefore,the improvement of patent strategy and the effective usage of intellectual property rights for SMEs is an urgent problem. The application of patent map,on the decision support for SMEs patent strategy formulationis investigated in this paper,which can avoid patent infringement,develop and maintain core competitive advantage and then enhance the survival rate of the enterprise market.
