基于电力科技查新机构的查新项目统计分析

摘　　要：根据广东电网有限责任公司电力科学研究院2011—2014年期间接受委托的科技查新项目,从查新项目的查新数量、查新目的、检索范围、研究领域、查新来源、委托单位、月度工作量等方面对电力科技查新工作进行了统计分析,揭示了电力科技查新现状和存在问题,从内部管理和外部宣传两方面,提出了电力科技查新机构提高查新服务能力和拓展查新业务的建议和对策。According to the sci-tech novelty retrieval projects commissioned to retrieve by Electric Power Research Institute of Guangdong Power Grid Co.,Ltd. in the period of 2011—2014, this paper makes astatistical analysis on the number, purpose, searching range, subject source, entrusting party, and month workload, etc.of novelty retrieval projects,reveals the current status of and existing problems in electric power novelty retrieval, and from two aspects of internal management and external publicity, puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for enhancing the novelty retrieval service ability and expanding the novelty retrieval service of electric power novelty retrieval institution.
