雾化吸入法在临床中应用的研究进展

摘　　要：雾化吸入是利用雾化器将药物制成微小雾粒,使之吸入呼吸道,以达到消炎、祛痰、平喘等作用的给药方式,具有吸收面积大,起效迅速,不良反应少等优点,已成为治疗呼吸系统疾病最安全、有效的给药方法之一。雾化吸入治疗呼吸系统疾病在临床上已应用多年且成效显著。近年来有大量研究表明,雾化吸入治疗一些非呼吸系统疾病也有不错的疗效,而且不同雾化方式治疗相同疾病时产生的效果有较大的差异。故本文就雾化吸入器的种类、不同雾化方式的效果差异、雾化吸入治疗疾病的类别以及中药制剂的雾化吸入等方面加以综述,为完善中药雾化吸入剂的评价体系和制定临床雾化吸入操作标准提供一定的依据与参考。Atomization inhalation is prepare drugs into tiny fog particles and inhale by using the atomizer to diminish inflammation,eliminate phlegm and smooth wheezing.It has advantages of large absorption area,quick onset and less adverse reactions,etc.,and has become the most safe and effective medication method to treat respiratory diseases.Atomization inhalation has been used for many years in the treatment of respiratory diseases in clinical practice and has achieved remarkable results.In recent years,with a large number of studies showing that atomization inhalation in the treatment of some non respiratory disease has good curative effects,different nebulizers against the same diseases have relatively great differences.Therefore,this paper was reviewed on differences in efficacy for different inhaler species and atomization ways,disease categories treated by atomization inhalation and inhalation of traditional Chinese medicine injection,to provide a reference to improve evaluation system of TCM inhalant and develop operating procedures for clinical atomization.
