小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎有效性Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法计算机检索PubMed、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方科技数据库关于小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床随机对照试验(各数据库检索时间均从创建至2016年8月),将纳入的文献进行方法学质量评价,利用RevMan5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入8篇文献,包括932例患儿。Meta分析结果显示,小儿豉翘清热颗粒组总有效率与对照组相比差异有统计学意义,总有效率RR(95%CI)为1.14(1.09,1.18);在退热时间、流涎停止时间、疱症愈合时间相比差异有统计学意义,MD(95%CI)分别为-0.92(-1.10,-0.74)、-0.86(-1.22,-0.50)、-1.93(-2.19,-1.67);食欲恢复时间相比差异无统计学意义,MD(95/5CI)为-0.72(-1.54,-0.09)。结论基于现有临床资料证据,小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎疗效优于对照组。临床上值得推广应用,但因纳入研究文献数量较少,研究质量不齐,此结论尚需更多大样本、高质量临床随机对照试验予以证实。Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Child Chiqiao Qingre Granules （CCQG） on infantile herpangina （IH） .Methods The randomized controlled trials （RCTs） of treating IH with CCQG were retrieved from PubMed ,CNKI ,CBM and VIP （from establish to Aug 2016） ,and the methodological quality of included literatures was evaluated .Then meta analyses were performed with Rev‐Man 5 .2 software .Results Eight studies involving 932 participants were ultimately included .The meta -analysis results showed that ,compared with the control group ,the total effective rate was significantly dif‐ferent in CCQG group ,RR （95% CI） of which was 1 .14 （1 .09 ,1 .18） ,and the body temperature recovery time ,salivate stop time and blister healing time were also significantly different [MD （95% CI） ： - 0 .92 （ - 1 .10 , - 0 .74） , - 0 .86 （ - 1 .22 , - 0 .50） ,and - 1 .93 （ - 2 .19 , - 1 .67） ,respectively ] .But recov‐ery time of appetite did not show any statistical difference .Conclusions Based on the present clinical evi‐dence ,the meta - analysis results indicate that the efficacy of CCQG is better than control group on treating IH ,and it is worth clinical popularization and application .However ,due to the uneven quality of these limited studies ,this conclusion need more large sample size and high - quality clinical RCTs to be con‐firmed .
