摘　　要：在"互联网+"时代,政府官方微博的有效运作和管理对创新政府管理和社会治理模式具有重要意义。江西省作为欠发达地区和革命老区,其政府官方微博的建设具有典型的代表性。通过定性与定量相结合的方式,以新浪微博认证的地方人民政府官方微博作为研究的切入点,通过收集和汇总江西省11个设区市人民政府的官方微博在2016年第二季度期间的相关指标数据,运用聚类分析和因子分析法对其进行了分类和评估,并提出了完善地方政府官方微博运作与管理的对策建议。In the era of ＂Internet ＋ ＂,the effective operation and management of government official micro-blog is of great significance for the innovation of government management and social governance model. Jiangxi Province as the underdeveloped areas and the old revolutionary base areas,the construction of its government official micro-blog representative typical.Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative way,in Sina micro-blog authentication of the local people＇s government official micro-blog as the breakthrough point,through the collection and summary of 11 districts and cities in Jiangxi Province People＇s Government official micro-blog between the second quarter of 2016,using cluster analysis and factor analysis method,has carried on the quantitative evaluation,and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve local government official micro-blog operation and management.
