摘　　要：农业科研单位基建工程呈现出数量多、投资额度大、发展速度快等特点,加强招投标管理是预防工程领域腐败发生和实现工程质量控制、进度控制、投资控制的最有效措施。文章分析了农业科研单位基建工程招投标工作的基本特点、存在的问题,并以江苏省农业科学院基建工程为例,从招投标制度建立和执行、招标文件编制、择优选用投标企业和第三方专业服务机构、注重相关人员的培养等方面提出了做好农业科研单位基建工程招投标工作的建议。Construction works in agricuhural scientific research institutions were characterized by large quantities and investment, as well as rapid development. The most effective way to prevent engineering project corruption and control project quality, schedule, investment was strengthening the management of bidding. Taking Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, the basic characteristics and existing problems of bidding of construction works in agricultural scientific research institutions were analyzed in the paper. Countermeasures were proposed from establishing and implementing the bidding system,compiling tendering document, selecting better bidding enterprises and third-party professional service organization, paying attention to training relevant personnel,etc.
