消疕汤对寻常型银屑病患者血清IL-12、IL-23水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察消疕汤治疗寻常型银屑病(中医辨证属血热风燥证)的临床疗效及血清白细胞介素12(IL-12)、IL-23的变化,探讨消疕汤治疗银屑病的机制。方法:30例进行期寻常型银屑病患者作为实验组,收集同期20例健康体检者作为对照组,实验组采用消疕汤口服治疗8周后以银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评价治疗效果,检测患者治疗前后血清中IL-12、IL-23水平,并与对照组进行比较。结果:消疕汤可减轻寻常型银屑病患者的皮损,治疗后银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分低于治疗前(P<0.01),且治疗后血清中IL-12、IL-23值低于治疗前(P<0.01);治疗前和治疗后血清中IL-12、IL-23值均高于健康对照组(P<0.01)。结论:消疕汤治疗血热风燥型银屑病可明显改善患者的病情,作用机制可能与降低血清IL-12、IL-23水平,调节患者的免疫机能有关。Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaobi decoction in the treatment of psoria- sis vulgaris and serum IL-12, IL-23 changes, and explore the mechanism of Xiaobi Decoction in trea- ting psoriasis. Methods： 30 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were enrolled as treatment group, and 20 healthy volunteers were collected in the same period as control group. Xiaobi decoction was given to the treatment group according to the course for 8 weeks. Therapeutic effect was evaluated by PASI score, and interleukin-12 （IL-12） and interleukin-23 （IL-23） of the patients from both groups before and after the treatment were compared. Results： Xiaobi decoction can reduce the skin lesions of pa- tients with psoriasis vulgaris, the area and severity index （PASI） after treatment were lower than those before treatment （P 〈0.01 ） , and serum IL-12 and IL-23 after treatment were lower than before treat- ment （P 〈 0.01 ）. Before and after treatment, serum IL-12 and IL-23 values were higher than those in healthy control group （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： Xiaobi decoction in the treatment of blood heat type psoriasis can significantly improve the patient＇s condition, and the mechanism may be related to the de- crease of serum IL-12, IL-23 levels and regulation the immune function of the patients.
