摘  要:因原料来源较广、成本低、工艺设备简单和无环境污染的特点,氯化钾-硝酸铵复分解三步循环结晶法制硝酸钾工艺被国内企业广泛应用。概述了氯化钾-硝酸铵复分解三步循环结晶法的工艺流程、各生产环节的改进措施和实际生产中仍存在的硝酸钾结晶率不高、设备易结垢、产物分离效果差等问题。研究出合乎实际生产条件的最佳工艺条件参数以使生产效益最优化、开发出不结块硝酸钾和颗粒状硝酸钾生产技术,已成为硝酸钾生产工艺研发的主要方向。Because of its features of wide sources of raw materials, low cost, simple process equipment and no environmental pollution, the process of preparing potassium nitrate by double decomposition three-step cycle crystallization from potassium chloride and ammonium nitrate is widely used by enterprises in China. The process flow of double decomposition three-step cycle crystallization from potassium chloride and ammonium nitrate, improvement measures in each production chain, and problems stiIl exist in actual production including low crystallization ratio of potassium nitrate, scaling in equipment easily, and poor separation effect of product, etc. are summarized. To research and find optimum process conditions and parameters, which conform to the actual production conditions, in order that optimum production benefits can be realized, to develop production technologies of noncaking potassium nitrate and granular potassium nitrate, have become the main direction of research and development of potassium nitrite production process.
