摘 要:以经生化处理后的焦化废水为研究对象,研究了臭氧催化氧化法处理焦化废水的成效和影响因素.实验结果表明,Cu-Mn-Co/Al_2O_3催化臭氧氧化体系在实验过程中运行良好,效果相对比较稳定,能有效去除焦化废水中的COD和氨氮.当臭氧浓度为1.16 mg/L,气体流量为50 L/h时,反应达到80 min后,COD和氨氮的浓度基本保持不变,其去除率分别为69.28%和87.01%.The effect and influencing factors of the biochemical treatment of coking wastewater by ozone catalytic oxidation process were studied. The test results showed that Cu-Mn-Co/Al2O3 catalytic oxidation system was running well in the test process, the effect was relatively stable. The system can significantly reduce the coking wastewater COD and ammonia nitrogen. When the ozone concentration was 1.16 mg/L, the ozone gas flow was 50 L/h, the reaction reached 100 min, the concentration of COD and ammonia nitrogen basically remained unchanged, the removal rate were 69. 28% and 87.01% respectively.
