摘　　要：目的：总结行第2足趾游离移植拇指再造术患者围术期的护理经验。方法回顾性分析2015年8月至2016年4月在沈阳军区总医院整形外科行游离移植拇指再造术患者10例的临床资料,总结其术前、术中、术后护理要点。结果随访3~6个月,10例患者术后功能恢复良好,均未发生护理并发症。结论有效的术前、术中、术后的围术期有利于第2足趾游离移植拇指再造指的成活,能减少术后患者并发症的发生。Objective To explore the perioperative nursing experience in the free transplantation of second toe for thumb reconstruction.Methods Clinical data of 10 cases were analyzed retrospectively.The key nursing points before surgery,during surgery and after surgery were concluded.Results All patients were followed-up for 3-6 months,the function recovered well and no nursing complication occurred.Conclusions Effective pre-operative,intra-operative and post-operative nursing are beneficial to reconstruct thumb survival and reduce postoperative complications.
