摘  要:通过平板计数法研究全氟壬烯氧基本磺酸钠(OBS)及OBS型氟蛋白泡沫灭火剂对土壤中细菌、放线菌和真菌存活率的影响。细菌培养使用LB培养基;真菌培养使用马丁氏培养基;放线菌培养使用高氏一号培养基。结果表明,OBS型氟蛋白泡沫灭火剂和OBS均对土壤中微生物的生长有一定程度的抑制,且浓度增加存活率降低。OBS型氟蛋白泡沫灭火剂对细菌和放线菌的抑制作用较强,而对于土壤中真菌抑制作用较弱。OBS对细菌抑制作用较强,而对真菌和放线菌在低浓度下抑制作用较弱。The effect of sodium p-perfluorous nonenoxybenzene sulfonate (OBS) and fluorine protein foam extinguishing agent with OBS on the survival rate of soil bacteria, actinomycete and fungus was measured through the plate count method. The bacteria were cultured on LB culture media, the funguses were cultured on martin media and the actinomyees were cultured on Gause 1 media. The results showed that the OBS fluorine protein foam extinguishing agent and OBS both had inhibition on the amount of soil microbes, and the survival rate decreased when the concentration increased. The OBS fluorine protein foam extinguishing agent had strong inhibition on the amount of bacteria and aetinomycete, but weak inhibition on the amount of fungus. OBS had strong inhibition on the amount of bacteria, and weak inhibition on the amount of fungus and actinomyeete under low concentration.
