摘　　要：研制了一种木结构古建筑用水性透明膨胀型防火涂料,制备试样并进行性能测试,取得基本配方。微调后进行了中试生产,性能检测表明,其性能超过国家标准要求。实木板和微型木屋实体火灾试验表明,该涂料可对木结构建筑起到较好的保护作用,并且木结构建筑燃烧之后炭化层容易修复。该涂料在贵州古民居上进行了实际应用,不仅保持了古民居的古色古香,而且实现了古民居的防火阻燃。An aqueous transparent intumescent fire retardant coating used on wooden ancient buildings was developed. Sample was made and tested to get the basic formula. After fine tuning, pilot production was conducted, and performance testing showed that the performances meet the requirements of national standard. Solid wood and mini wooden house fire test showed that, the coating can protect wooden architecture, and after burning char layers of wooden structures are easy to repair. The coating was applied on ancient houses in Guizhou province, and can not only maintain their antique, but also obtain fire protection.
