摘 要:准备含不同浓度的硫酸铝以及0.02%润湿剂的浸泡溶液,将棉绒面料进行两次浸泡、挤压,在100℃的烘箱里烘干7min。准备不同浓度的磷酸二氢钠溶液,调节pH值,对处理后的试样再进行同样的处理,得阻燃处理后的棉绒面料。采用燃烧性能45°方向燃烧速率的测定方法对阻燃处理后的面料进行实验检测,研究分析该阻燃技术的有效性和耐久性。氢氧磷酸铝可以在水溶液中通过铝离子和磷酸离子反应形成,通过两步处理在棉绒面料上形成的氢氧磷酸铝是有效的阻燃剂,在各种洗涤条件后有一定程度的保存量。The solution with different concentration of aluminum sulfate and 0.02 % of wetting agent was prepared. The cotton fabric was dried for 7 min in oven at 100 ℃ after soak and squeeze twice in that solution. The solution with different concentration of sodium dihydrogen phosphate was prepared. The pH value of this solution was adjusted to treat the cotton fabric with the same procedure. The 45° combustion velocity of the cotton fabric samples was tested to research the effectiveness and durability of this flame retardant technology. The AHP can be prepared by reaction of Aluminum ion and phosphate ion in solution and can be used as flame retardant, agent for cotton fabric by two steps procedure. The AHP maintained on the cotton fabric after all kinds of wash.
