摘　　要：通过分析"十二五"期间广西消防工作存在的问题,研究当前面临的形势,提出编制"十三五"消防发展规划的思路,即以"政府主导"改善消防基础建设,以"问题导向"改善社会火灾防控能力,以"实战打赢"加强应急救援能力。The problems existing in the fire protection work in Guangxi in the ＂Twelfth Five-Year＂ fire planning period were analyzed. The current situation was researched to propose the idea of compiling the ＂Thirteen Five-Year＂ fire planning, namely with ＂government led＂ fire prevention infrastructure improvement, ＂problem oriented＂ improvement of social fire prevention and control ability, strengthen the emergency rescue capability to ＂actual win＂.
