摘　　要：简述并全面分析了采用可控气氛井式炉对金属工件进行渗碳热处理的火灾危险性,从工艺过程原料、设备以及操作方面系统而有针对性地提出消防安全要求,包括渗碳剂的保管、渗碳炉的启动、工件出炉及停炉的安全要求等。The fire risks of carburizing heat treatment on metal workpiece with controlled atmosphere well-type furnace were described and analyzed, and the correspondence fire safety measurements were proposed from raw material, equipment and operation process, including carburizing agent storage, the safety requirements of startup and shutdown of metal workpiece.
