通因通用法在哈氏妇科临证中的应用

摘　　要：哈氏妇科是全国中医妇科十大流派之一,传承已百年,临证凸显中医辨证论治、治病求本的特色,应用通因通用法治疗妇科疾病疗效显著。主要介绍哈氏妇科临证中以活血法治崩漏、理气法疗经行吐衄、化瘀法医产后恶露不绝等治疗妇科常见疾病,值得深入学习和推广运用。Ha＇s department of gynecology whose heritage has been one hundred years is one of the ten major schools in Traditional Chinese Medicine gynecology. The Ha＇ s department of gynecologyrefleets thecharacteristic of treatment that based on syndrome differentiation and treats diseases from the root in traditional Chinese medicine. That Ha＇ s department of gynecology, treat gynecological diseases by the method of treating diarrhea with purgative, has significant therapeutic effect in clinic. This paper mainly introduces treating metrorrhagia and metrostaxis in Ha＇s department of gynaecological clinic with promoting blood flow,treating hematemesis or epistaxis during menstruation with regulating qi,treating postpartum lochiorrhea with removing blood stasis and so on.It is worthy of further study and promote using.
