摘　　要：韩国大学校长选任经历了政府任命制、教员合议制和大学成员参与制等阶段。从改进和完善高校内部治理视角对韩国的世界一流大学校长选任方式的推进背景、发展阶段、历史变迁及特征、各界反响、改进重点进行分析研究,对推进我国"双一流建设"工作顺利开展具有积极的借鉴意义。结合国内全面深化高等教育综合改革实际,建议尽快完善相关法律法规,扩大师生参与范围和代表性,构建符合中国高等教育发展与改革实际的大学校长选任体系,进而不断完善具有中国特色的高校内部治理体系。The universities＇ president selection mechanism in Korea has covered the period of government appointment period, collegiate bench period, and university member participation period and so on. It＇ s of great significance and importance for putting forward the world class universities and subjects in China through conducting the deeply analytic study from the perspective of universities＇ internal governance, including the background, development period, evolution and characteristics, social feedback and future focus of improvement of universities＇ president selection mechanism. Combining with the situation and current status of deepening the comprehensive reform of higher education, it suggests that improve the related laws and regulations, enlarge the participation and representation of the stake holders and construct the universities＇ president selection mechanism fitting for the development and reform of Chinese higher education, and finally continuously improve the university internal governance system with Chinese characteristics.
