摘 要:目的探讨脑外伤伴肢体骨折血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)与骨痂生长的关系。方法将50只SD大鼠随机分成3组:股骨骨折组(A组)20只、股骨骨折合并脑外伤组(B组)20只、正常对照组(C组)10只,模型制作后21d检测3组大鼠血清中NSE浓度及股骨骨折部位骨痂密度和骨外膜平均厚度。结果股骨骨折合并脑外伤组血清NSE浓度为(21.6±9.7)ng/ml,较股骨骨折组的(9.2±2.5)ng/ml明显增高(P〈0.05),股骨骨折合并脑外伤组骨折部位骨痂密度(1.53)和骨外膜厚度(3.37mm)均较股骨骨折组骨痂密度(1.00)和骨外膜厚度(1.47mm)明显增加(P〈0.05)。结论脑外伤后血清中的NSE浓度明显增高,肢体骨折部位骨痂生长速度增快,NSE可能是脑外伤后骨折愈合加速的因素之一。Objective To discusse the relationship between the level of neuron - specific enolase (NSE) in serum and patients of fracture associated with brain injury on callus growth. Methods 50 male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups : femoral fracture group ( group a, n = 20), fracture with brain injury group ( group b, n = 20), normal control ( group c, n = 10). Fracture and brain injury models were established. The 3 groups rats were sacrificed 21 days after operation, and then the NSE concentration in serum was detected and exam the callus density and the average thickness of the periosteum. Results The serum levels of NSE (21.6 ± 9. 7) ng/ml, the callus density (1.53) and the average thickness of the peri- osteum (3.37 mm) in the fracture with brain injury group significantly increased as compared with that cor- responding to (9. 2 ±2. 5 ) ng/ml, ( 1.00), ( 1.47 )mm in femoral fracture group and normal control group at the 21 days afteroperation(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The serum levels of NSE in the patients of brain injury significantly increased, callus growth rate of fracture site had an enhanced response. NSE may play a role in enhanced osteogenesis after brain injury.
