摘  要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL)、聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等为原料,低聚物二醇总量相同,乳化前预聚体中的NCO质量分数均为2.2%,DMPA质量分数为5%,通过改变PCDL/PTMG摩尔比合成出一系列聚酯/聚醚复合型水性聚氨酯(WPU)。研究表明,随着PCDL相对用量的增加,粘接强度和胶膜拉伸强度增加;当PCDL/PTMG摩尔比为1/3时,WPU膜的耐水性最佳,用WPU处理过的牛仔布的摩擦色牢度明显提高。With polytetrahydrofuran glycol ( PTMG), polycarbonate diol ( PCDL), dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) as raw materials, a series of polyester-polyether mixed waterborne polyurethane (WPU) was prepared by changing PCDL/PTMEG molar ratio, maintaining the total amount of oligomer glycol constant and designing the NCO and DMPA mass fraction as 2.2% and 5% respectively in prepolymer before of emulsification. The results showed that the adhesive properties and the film strength increased with the increase of the relative amount of PCDL. When molar ratio of PCDL/PTMG was 1/3, the prepared WPU had optimal water resistance. The rubbing fastness of denim treated with this WPU had improved significantly.
