摘　　要：子宫内膜容受性(ER)是指子宫内膜允许胚胎黏附和侵入并诱导内膜间质发生一系列变化,最终植入内膜的一种状态。子宫内膜腔上皮可作为寻找ER标志物的切入点。胞饮突是目前最有临床价值的ER形态学指标,然而将其作为ER标志物仍存在争议。蛋白质组学和子宫内膜功能测试(EFT)是目前评估ER的新方法。通过采取多种方法来改善ER,可以有助于提高妊娠率。The endometrium receptivity （ER） is a state of endometrium, where an embryo can adhere, invade and induce a series of changes in endometrial stroma and implante itself in the end. Endometrial cavity epithelium can be used as the point of penetration in search of ER markers. Although pinopodes is the morphological indexes of ER, which has been the most clinical value for the moment, regarding it as the markers of ER remains controversial. In addition, the latest developments to assess the ER without damage were introduced-proteomics and endometrial function test （EFT）, and lots of methods were referred to improve the ER, these provide a reference for raising the pregnancy rate of clinical research.
