摘 要:研究了套管式微控流反应器中含苯酚废水的电化学催化氧化降解反应,采用Ti/SnO_2-Sb_2O_5阳极在连续操作模式下考察了体积流速、苯酚初始浓度、电流密度、电解质浓度、溶液初始p H等因素对苯酚去除率和COD去除率的影响,计算了该反应过程的电流效率。实验研究表明,苯酚去除率随体积流速和初始浓度的增大而减小,随电流密度的增大而增大。确定了最佳电解质浓度0.125 mol/L,最佳溶液初始p H为7。当苯酚初始浓度为60 mg/L,电流密度为20 m A/cm^2,体积流速Q=0.8 m L/min时,苯酚去除率可达99%以上。The electrochemical oxidation of phenol-containing wastewater is carried out in a tube-in-tube microreactor using Ti / SnO2-Sb2O5 electrode. The effects of numerous operative parameters,including flow rate,current density,initial phenol concentration,supporting electrolyses and p H,on the removal of phenol and COD are systematically investigated in continuous operation mode to determine the proper operative conditions. The experimental results show that the removal rate of phenol decreases with the increase of flow rate and phenol concentration,while increases with the increase of current density. The best supporting electrolyte concentration and p H are 0. 125 mol / L and 7,respectively.Complete phenol removal can achieve more than 99% under the following conditions: 60 mg / L of initial concentration of phenol,0. 8 m L / min of flow rate and 20 m Acm-(-2) of current density.
