摘　　要：目前,雇佣杀人案件发案率较高,案情复杂、隐蔽性强、侦破难度大,已成为摆在侦查理论界和实务界的一项重大难题。为此,公安机关侦查部门应认真总结雇佣杀人案件的规律特点,分析当前侦查雇佣杀人案件中存在的困难,从工作机制、侦查谋略、信息技术等方面着眼,深入探究侦破雇佣杀人案件的方法,提高攻坚克难能力。In recent years, the incidence rate of hiring murder cases has risen sharply. The traditional detect method would rarely come into play for this kind of the case is complex and hard to detect, and it has already became a problem in the theory investigating area and practice investigating area. The criminal investigation departments of public security organs should careful analyze employment homicide case causes from all aspects such like the ideological understanding, investigative tactics, techniques. Only in this way polices can explore the investigation strategy and improve the investigating ability.
