社区警务战略下的中外警察角色认知研究

摘　　要：在社区警务战略在全世界众多国家实施的情况下,社区导向型、问题导向型警务策略已经开始替代原有的传统型警务模式;警务工作的中心已转变为为民众提供高质量的警务服务以及有效地预防犯罪。警务模式成功转型离不开广大民警的由衷支持。因此,探求警察对自身职能的观念和看法,即警察角色认知,对于社区警务战略的成功实施具有重要的意义。民警观念与社区警务的大方向相符合,是在职民警培训内容设计以及公安机关政策制定的风向标。Nowadays traditional policing has gradually changed into community-oriented or problem-oriented policing in many countries. The main roles of police have been changed to provide qualified service to citizens and crime prevention and crime control. This transfer cannot be successful without the support from the police officers. Western literature on police role perceptions are abundant, but Chinese studies remain blank.More empirical studies need to be conducted in order to provide support for police administrators and police trainers as reference.
