摘 要:随着我国医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入,对医院综合目标管理责任制提出了全新的要求,强调院科两级负责制,强化对医务人员技术水平、服务质量等指标的全面考核,旨在提高医院的管理水平与社会美誉度。本文联系我院实际,对实施医院综合目标管理责任制的必要性、方案和监管进行探讨。With the development of the medical and health care system reform,new requirements are introduced to hospitals' system of comprehensive objective management accountability. The system of two levels of hospital-and-department accountability is emphasized,and the overall assessment of medical faculty's professional capability and quality of service needs to be strengthened in order to promote the management and the reputation of the hospital. Based on the reality of our hospital,this paper explores the necessity,solution and supervision of implementation of the system of comprehensive objective management accountability.
