摘　　要：目的探究鼻内镜下改良三线减张法矫正鼻中隔偏曲的临床疗效。方法对60例鼻中隔偏曲的患者实施鼻内镜下改良三线减张法矫正治疗,观察治疗结果。结果术后患者的鼻腔变得宽敞,术后1个月和6个月患者的鼻塞以及鼻阻力情况均得到改善,无严重并发症。结论采用鼻内镜下改良三线减张法矫正治疗鼻中隔偏曲临床疗效显著,可以提高患者的生活质量。Objective The clinical curative effect of correction of nasal septum deviation using three line subtraction method under nasal endoscope is explored. Methods In 60 cases of nasal septum deviation were treated with endoscopic three line subtraction method of orthodontic treatment,to observe the treatment results. Results After the operation,the nasal cavity of the patients became spacious,the nasal obstruction and nasal obstruction in patients with 1 months and 6 months after operation were improved,and no serious complications were obtained. Conclusion The endoscopic three line subtraction method for correction of nasal septum is effective,can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
