摘　　要：报道1例妊娠期可逆性后部脑病综合征(PRES)病例,突出表现为影像学特征性双侧大脑半球病灶,经合理治疗大部分逆转。We report a case of a pregnant woman with posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome（PRES）. Neuroradiologic imaging findings are predominantly seen in bilateral cerebral hemisphere and are reversible with appropriate management.
