耳内镜下重组表皮生长因子加明胶海绵贴补治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔的疗效解析

摘　　要：目的探讨耳内镜下重组表皮生长因子加明胶海绵贴补治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔的疗效。方法以我院收治的71例外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者为例随机分为两组,对照组患者予以常规保守治疗,观察组患者实施耳内镜下重组表皮生长因子加明胶海绵贴补治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率88.9%高于对照组的54.3%(P<0.05)。结论耳内镜下重组表皮生长因子加明胶海绵贴补治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔的疗效确切。Objective To investigate the efficacy of endoscopic recombinant epidermal growth factor plus gelfoam in the treatment of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation. Methods 71 cases of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with routine conservative treatment,the observation group received endoscopic epidermal growth factor and gelatin sponge patch treatment,observed the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results The total efficiency of 88.9% in observation group was significantly higher than the control group of 54.3%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of recombinant endoscopic epidermal growth factor plus gelfoam in the treatment of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation is effective.
