咪喹莫特乳膏联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗扁平疣的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察咪喹莫特乳膏联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗扁平疣的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的扁平疣患者102例,分成观察组(采取咪喹莫特乳膏联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗)和对照组(采取咪喹莫特乳膏治疗),比较两组临床效果。结果观察组患者总有效率、复发率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论咪喹莫特乳膏联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗扁平疣的临床效果显著,且用药安全。Objective To observe imiquimod cream in combination with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid for treatment of verruca plana. Methods 102 cases of patients with verruca plana in our hospital were selected and were divided into observation group（take the Imiquimod Cream and BCG-PSN treatment）and control group（take Imiquimod Cream treatment）,the clinical effects were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate and recurrence rate of the observation group were better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effects of Imiquimod Cream and BCG-PSN in the treatment of verruca plana significantly, and drug safety.
