解毒散结汤外治扁平疣临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究扁平疣外治应用解毒散结汤治疗的临床效果。方法我院选择38例扁平疣患者,将其均分为两组,对照组患者外涂0.1%维A酸霜进行治疗,观察组患者外涂自拟解毒散结汤进行治疗,两组患者均连续治疗4周,比较两组患者的扁平疣皮损数量、局部不良反应及复发情况。结果通过比较,观察组有效率为84.2%,对照组为68.4%,两组患者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者复发率为8.0%,对照组为67.0%,两组患者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扁平疣应用外涂解毒散结汤治疗的临床效果显著,对患者安全性高,复发率低。Objective To study the clinical effect for the treatment of flat wart with the application of Jiedu powder decoction. Methods In our hospital,38 cases of flat wart patients,which were divided into two groups,control group were coated with 0.1% A retinoic acid cream for treatment,the patients in the observation group were coated with Jiedu powder decoction. Two groups of patients were treated for 4 consecutive weeks,compared two groups of patients with verruca plana,local lesions the adverse reactions and recurrence. Results By comparison,the effective rate of observation group was 84.2%,the control group was 68.4%,there were significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Patients in the observation group of the recurrence rate was 8.0%,the control group was 67.0%,there were significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of the application of Jiedu powder decoction in the treatment of flat wart is significant,it is safe to the patients,has low recurrence rate.
