口服超声助显剂检查在胃十二指肠疾病中诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析在胃十二指肠疾病中,口服超声助显剂的诊断价值。方法 196例行胃镜和胃肠超声检查的患者,全部口服回声型超声助显剂充盈胃腔后,进行食管下段、贲门、胃、十二指肠超声检查。结果超声检查慢性胃炎120例,胃溃疡11例,胃癌24例,十二指肠溃疡9例,十二指肠球炎8例,胃恶性淋巴瘤2例,与胃镜检查符合率88.77%(174/196);超声检查胃癌24例,胃恶性淋巴瘤2例,与病理检查符合率86.66%(26/30)。结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论口服超声助显剂可以提高胃十二指肠疾病超声检查的分辨力和敏感性,操作简便、安全、可重复性好、诊断符合率高,临床上可作为胃十二指肠疾病常规检查方法。Objective Analysing the diagnostic value for the oral ultraphonic displaying-aid agent used in gastroduodenal diseases examinations. Methods The 196 cases of gastroscope,stomach and intestine ultrasonic examinations were operated after full-filling of gastral cavity with oral echo mode ultraphonic displaying-aid agent; the examinations of lower esophagus,cardiac orifice,stomachand duodenum were included. Results For all the 120 cases of Chronic Gastritis,11 cases of gastric ulcer,24 cases of gastric cancer,9 cases of duodenal bulb ulcer,8 cases of bulb duodenitis,2 cases of stomach malignant lymphoma,the coincidence rate by this kind of ultraphonic examination results with those by gastroscope was 88.77%（174/196）; 24 cases of gastric cancer and 2 cases of stomach malignant lymphoma, the coincidence rate by pathological examination was 86.66%（26/30）. There are no significant differences（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The ultraphonic displaying-aid agent can increase the resolution and sensitivity of ultraphonic examinations for gastroduodenal diseases; the operations are simple,safe with good repeatability and high diagnostic coincidence rate. It can be used as a routine examination method for gastroduodenal diseases.
