异丙酚复合瑞芬太尼对老年高血压患者的麻醉价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析异丙酚复合瑞芬太尼治疗对老年高血压患者的麻醉价值。方法选择我院62例择期手术的老年高血压患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各31例,对照组使用异丙酚麻醉,观察组使用异丙酚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉。结果两组在不同时间的血压、心率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组的拔管时间,苏醒质量,硝酸甘油、艾司洛尔的用量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年高血压患者的手术中应用异丙酚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉具有更好的效果。Objective To evaluate the anesthetic effect of propofol combined with remifentanil in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods 62 senile hypertensive patients undergoing elective surgery were randomly divided into control group（n=31）and observation group（n=31）. Propofol anesthesia and propofol combined with remifentanil were used in the observation group. Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups at different time（P〉0.05）. There was significant difference between the two groups in extubation time,awakening quality,nitroglycerin and esmolol dosage（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Propofol combined with remifentanil anesthesia has better effect in the operation of elderly patients with hypertension.
