布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的临床护理要点分析

摘　　要：目的评价布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的效果并分析护理要点。方法选取我院急诊儿科在2014年9月-2015年9月收治的儿童哮喘急性发作患儿132例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为常规组（n=66）和治疗组（n=66）,所有患儿均给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,在此基础上,常规组应用常规护理,治疗组应用综合护理,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗组治疗总有效率高于常规组,组间对比,差异具有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论布地奈德雾化吸入辅助综合护理可改善儿童哮喘急性发作患儿的临床症状,疗效确切。Objective To evaluate the effect of budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of childhood acute asthma attack and to analyze nursing key points. Methods In our hospital pediatric emergency from September 2014 to September 2015,132 cases of children with acute asthma were selected as the research object,according to random number table method,all patients were divided into normal group（n=66）and treatment group（n=66）,all children are given budesonide aerosol inhalation therapy. On this basis,the conventional group applied routine nursing care,the treatment group was used about comprehensive care,compared two groups of clinical effect. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Budesonide inhalation in comprehensive nursing can improve the clinical symptoms in children with acute asthma attacks,curative effect.
