综合护理对小儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的护理效果

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理对小儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的护理效果。方法选取我院于2016年1-6月所收治的小儿呼吸机相关性肺炎患者100例为主要研究对象,随机分为实验组与对照组,各组50例。对照组采用常规方式护理,实验组进行综合护理干预。比较两组患者恢复用时以及护理满意度。结果实验组患儿恢复平均用时为（6.45±1.31）d,对照组为（8.69±1.26）d,实验组短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组护理满意度为94.00%（47/50）,对照组为46.00%（23/50）,实验组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对小儿呼吸机相关性肺炎患者采用综合护理,可有效提升护理效果,促进患者恢复。Objective To explore the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing care on children with ventilator associated pneumonia. Methods 100 cases of ventilator associated pneumonia in our hospital from January to June 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,50 cases in each group. The control group used routine nursing care,the experimental group to carry out comprehensive nursing intervention. Comparison of two groups of patients with recovery and nursing satisfaction. Results In the experimental group,the average recovery time was（6.45±1.31）d,the control group was（8.69±1.26）d,the experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 94.00%（47/50）,the control group was 46.00%（23/50）,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing care for children with ventilator associated pneumonia can effectively improve the nursing effect and promote the recovery of patients,which can be widely used in clinical practice.
