皮肤软组织松解加游离植皮术对Ⅱ型先天性扣拇畸形的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨皮肤软组织松解加游离植皮术对Ⅱ型先天性扣拇畸形的治疗效果。方法选择Ⅱ型先天性扣拇畸形患者15例(17只手),患者均采用皮肤软组织松解加游离植皮术治疗。结果术前,患者拇指桡侧外展角度、拇指掌侧外展角度、拇指背伸直角度分别为(24.821±4.325)°、(20.547±2.513)°、(-24.325±30.245)°,治疗后分别为(44.258±4.351)°、(44.369±3.514)°、(-2.124±7.684)°,与治疗前比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Ⅱ型先天性扣拇畸形采用皮肤软组织松解加游离植皮术治疗,效果显著。Objective To explore the skin soft tissue release and free skin grafting treatment effect for the button Wpe lI congenital thumb deformities. Methods Select type II 15 patients with congenital buckle thumh deformities （ 17 hands ）, patients were treated by skin soft tissue release and free skin graft surgery. Results Before surgery, patients with thumh radial side abducent angles, thumb volar abducent angles, thumb back straight angle, respectively （ 24.821 ± 4.325 ） ° , （ 20.547 ±2.513 ） ° , （ -24.325 ±31）.245 ）° , respectively after treatment （ 44.258 ± 4.351 ） ° , （ 44.369 ± 3.514 ） ° , （ -2.124± 7.684 ） ° significantly different than before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conchlsion Button type II congenital thumb deformities by use of skin soft tissue release Free skin grafting treatment, the effect is remarkable.
