Meta Analysis of 3M Liquid Dressing Combined With Ostomy Skin Care Powder in Treatment of Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis

摘　　要：目的探讨3M液体敷料联合造口护肤粉治疗失禁相关性皮炎的有效性。方法用数据库和网上资源检索3M液体敷料联合造口护肤粉治疗失禁相关性皮炎的文献信息,再采用Revman5.0软件进行数据处理和分析。结果最终纳入6篇文献,共402位患者,Meta分析结果显示3M液体敷料联合造口护肤粉治疗IAD的治愈率高于传统护理组,治愈时间缩短。结论应用3M液体敷料联合造口护肤粉治疗IAD较常规护理更有效。Objective To study the effectiveness of 3M liquid dressing combined with ostomy skin care powder in treatmeut of incontinence-associated dermatitis （ IAD ） . Methods The literatures and information about the 3M liquid dressing combined with skin care powder m treatment of lAD were obtained by online resources and databases, and then Revman5.0 was adopted for data processing and analysis. Results The outcome of the meta analysis of 6 articles with a total of 402 patients, showed that the experimental group using the method of 3M liquid dressing combined with ostomy skin care powder in treating IAD provided a sigalificantly higher cure rate and shorter healing time than traditional nursing group. Conclusion The therapy of using 3M liquid dressing combined with ostomy skin care powder is more effective than traditional care in treatment of IAD.
