摘　　要：目的 探讨小儿支气管哮喘急性发作期的综合护理干预的临床效果。方法 选取2014年1月-2016年6月在我院儿科住院的100例小儿支气管急性发作期的患儿作为观察对象,根据护理方式的不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组的50例患儿实施常规护理,观察组的50例患儿在常规护理的基础上实施综合护理干预。出院时观察两组患儿治疗的总有效率及平均住院时间。结果 观察组治疗的总有效率96.0%（48/50）;对照治疗的总有效率78.0%（41/50）;观察组治疗的总有效率高于对照组,P〈0.05（χ^2=5.005 1,P=0.025 3）;观察组平均住院时间为（5.5±0.7）d,对照组为（9.0±0.6）d,观察组住院时间少于对照组,P〈0.05（t=10.713 0,P〈0.01）。结论 综合护理干预可以提高小儿支气管哮喘急性发作的治疗效果,减少住院时间。Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with acute episode of bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 100 cases of children with bronchial asthma in our hospital during the period from January 2014 to June 2（116 were selected as the observation object, and according to the different nursing methods were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group of 50 patients with routine care, the observation group of 50 patients were not only the implementation of routine care, but also the implementation of the comprehensive nursing intervention. Tbe total effective rate and average length of stay in the two groups were observed. Results The total efficiency in the observation group was 96.0% （ 48/50 ）, control g＇roup was 78.0% （ 41/50 ）, the total effective rate in observation group ,was significantly higher than the control group, P 〈 0.05 （ x^2=5.005 1, P=0.025 3 ）, the observation group the average hospitalization time was （ 5.5± 0.7 ） days, the control group （ 9.0±0.6 ） days, hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly less than the control group, P 〈 0.05 （ t=10.713 0, P 〈 0.01 ） . Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the treatment effect of acute attack of bronchial asthma in children and reduce the length of stay in hospital.
