摘 要:目的 探讨医护合作在干部保健对象超声体检中的应用与效果。方法 将2011~2015年在我院进行健康体检的干部保健人员(共7145名),随机分为两组,其中对照组3 572名体检者进行优质护理,观察组3 573名体检者采取优质护理加医护合作措施,从体检前准备、体检中及体检后的细节入手,主动、深入、全面地开展人性化的优质护理与医护合作。调查两组体检者对各项指标的满意度,并进行统计分析。结果 优质护理组在进行候诊和检查环境、护理人员服务质量等的满意度检查低于优质护理加医护合作组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论 对体检人员在体检过程中实施优质护理和医护合作,能提高护理质量及患者满意率。Objective To discuss the application and effect of providing nurse-surgeon collaboration in the ultrasonic examination of cadres health care. Methods The 7 145 cadres health care from 2011 to 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. Observation group ( 3 573 ) carried out high nursing service quafity plus nurse-surgeon collaboration including preparation and physical examination during the whole process. The high quality nursing service was 3 572 cases in the control group. The satisfaction of physical examination was analyzed. Results The satisfaction of high quality nursing service plus nurse-surgeon collaboration was statistically better than that of the control group with the waiting and examination environment, nursing service quality. The difference was significant (P 〈 0.01 ) . Conclusion The high quality nursing service plus nurse-surgeon coUaboration improved the service quality in the ultrasonic examination of the cadre health care.
