护理康复路径管理在四肢骨折患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨护理康复路径管理在四肢骨折患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院四肢骨折患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组患者采用护理康复路经管理方法,对照组患者采用常规护理方法。结果观察组患者术后的骨折愈合时间少于对照组(P<0.05),并发症的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),患者术后2周时的FIM分数高于对照组(P<0.05),患者的生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理健康路径管理可以有效缩短患者术后的骨折愈合时间,降低患者的并发症发生率,有利于患者尽早康复。Objective To explore the application effect of nursing rehabilitation path management in patients with limb fracture. Methods Selected 100 cases of limbs fracture in our hospital, randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 50 cases. The observation group were treated by rehabilitation nursing management method, patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing methods. Results The fracture healing time of the observation group was less than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the incidence of complications wax lower than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）, the FIM scores of 2 weeks after operation were higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）, the quality of life was signaificantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Nursing health path management can shorten the fracture healing time of patients after operation, reduce the incidence of complications, help patients recover as early as possible
