糖尿病性白内障超声乳化术后角膜水肿的观察及护理体会

摘　　要：目的 分析糖尿病性白内障超声乳化术后角膜水肿的观察及护理效果。方法 选取2015年1-12月我院收治的糖尿病性白内障患者采用超声乳化术治疗,出现术后角膜水肿患者87例为本次研究对象,按照护理方式的不同分成两组,观察组和对照组。对照组采用优质护理方式,观察组患者在此基础上加强对水肿情况的针对性护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果 观察组患者护理总有效率为92.68%,高于对照组患者的护理总有效率86.96%,两组差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论 糖尿病性白内障超声乳化术后角膜水肿患者在采用优质护理的基础上加强水肿的针对性护理,患者的护理效果有所提升。Objective To analyse the diabetic cataract phaco corneal edema after observation and nursing effect. Methods Chose 87 patients with corneal edema after as the study object, from January to December 2015 in our hospital treatment with patients with diabetic cataract phaco, according to the different methods of nursing care is divided into two groups, the observation group and control group. Control group adopts high quality nursing method, on the basis of the observation group patients to strengthen the pertinence of oedema circumstance care, compared two groups of patients with nursing effect. Results Observation group of patients nursing the total effective rate was 92.68%, total effective rate was 86.96% higher than that of control group patients nursing, statistically significant differences in two groups, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The patients with diabetic cataract phaco corneal edema after on the basis of high quality nursing strengthen pertinence nursing edema, the patient＇s nursing effect is improved.
