摘　　要：目的 研究分析子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者围手术期护理效果。方法 选取2015年1~12月我院收治的子宫肌瘤合并高血压的患者82例为本次研究对象,按照护理方式的不同分成两组,观察组和对照组。对照组患者采用常规临床护理,观察组患者实施优质的围手术期护理,对比两组患者的护理效果以及护理满意度。结果 经干预后,两组患者的血压都较护理前改善,差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05;经干预后,观察组患者的血压控制情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（t=6.781,P〈0.05）。观察患者的护理总满意率达到94.29%,高于对照组患者的护理总满意率85.11%,两组差异具有统计学意义（χ~2=0.581,P〈0.05）。结论 子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者围手术期护理效果显著,患者的血压得到控制,患者的护理满意度提高。Objective To study the patients with uterine fibroids hypertension perioperative nursing effect. Selection.Methods From January December 2015 of our hospital, 81 patients with uterine fibroids hypertension as the study object, according to the different methods of nursing care is divided into two groups, the observation group and control group. Control group were treated by routine clinical nursing, the observation group of patients good perioperative nursing, compared two groups of patients and the nursing effect of nursing satisfaction. Results After intervention, two groups of patients before blood pressure are more care has improved significantly, P 〈 0.05, statistically significant; After intervention, the observation group of patients with blood pressure control is superior to control group, （t = 6.781, P 〈 0.05 ）, with statistical significance. Observe the patient＇s nursing total satisfaction rate reached 94.29%, signifcantly higher than the control group patients nursing total satisfaction rate 85.11%, significant difference, the two groups （ x^ 2 = 0.581, P 〈 0.1）5 ）, with statistical significance. Statistically significant. Conclusion Uterine fibroids with high blood pressure patients perioperative nursing effect is remarkable, obviously the patient＇s blood pressure control, patient satisfaction with nursing care is greatly increased, worth clinical promotion.
