摘　　要：长江中游城市群行政、产业、基础设施等的协调发展是长江中游城市群经济增长的基础,在新常态下,区域经济发展包含了更广泛的含义。首先分析了城市集群经济增长与协调发展的内在统一,长江中游城市集群经济的未来发展就是要促进区域内的协调发展,接下来分析了长江中游城市群经济发展的成就,以及城市群协调发展的现状和不足,最后针对性提出了组建区域合作委员会、建立区域产业协作分工体系、加强功能区规划、全区域生态协调发展规划、政府规划与民间参与的协调以及三省人才交流机制等对策,为长江中游城市集群的经济可持续发展提供一些政策思考。The harmonious development of the administration, industry, infrastructure, etc. of city clusters in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River lays the foundation for economic growth of city clusters in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. In the new ordinary state, the regional economic development includes a broader meaning. This paper first analyzes the internal unity between the economic growth of city clusters and harmonious development. The future economic development of city clusters in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River aims to promote harmonious development within the region. This paper then analyzes the achievements in the economic development of city clusters in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, as well as the present situation and defects harmonious development of city clusters, and finally pertinently proposes the countermeasures, such as forming a regional cooperation committee, establishing a labor division system for the regional industrial cooperation, strengthening the function area planning, the ecological harmonious development planning of the whole region, government planning, non-government participation in coordination and three-province talent exchange mechanism, etc., so as to provide some thinking on policy for the economic sustainable development of city clusters in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.
