基于城市安全监管的排水管道检测与评估内外业流程一体化方案设计

摘　　要：城市排水管道健康状况检测与评估是城市安全监管的重要内容之一。因此,排水管道检测和评估报告本身的真实性、准确性、科学性显得尤为重要。本文详细介绍了城市排水管道检测和评估内外业流程一体化方案的设计,具体从四个方面进行阐述:一是资源配置及方案设计依据的选择;二是外业现场作业流程的设计;三是内业作业流程的设计;四是排水管道检测和评估报告内容纲要的设计。Detection and assessment of urban drainage pipeline health condition is one of the important contents of urban safety supervision. Therefore, it is very important to detect and evaluate the authenticity, accuracy and scientific of the report itself. This paper introduces the design of the urban drainage pipeline detection and evaluation of internal and external business process integration. Concrete from four aspects to elaborate： First is the choice of resource allocation and design basis; Two is the design of the field operation process; Three is the design of the internal business process; Four is the design of the contents of the report on the detection and evaluation of the drainage pipeline.
