摘  要:HFACS是一种广为接受的事故致因模型,具有复杂的结构和内容,24Model由作者课题组建立,其内容及表达方式符合国内习惯,为深入了解HFACS并完善24Model,对2个模型中均包含的事故组织层面的原因进行对比研究。剖析HFACS中组织影响和24Model中组织行为的具体含义,并应用2个模型分析"8·12"天津港火灾爆炸事故。研究表明:HFACS的组织影响和24Model的组织行为有对应关系,但24Model更便于事故分析,得到的分析结果有利于提出事故预防措施;24Model中安全文化元素表还需完善。HFACS is a widely accepted accident causation model which has complicated structure and content, while 24Model is built by the authors' research group,whose content is simple and expression complies with the domestic habits. In order to gain insight into HFACS and improve 24Model, a comparative study was conducted on the accident causations in organizational level mentioned in the two models respectively. The full details of organizational influences in HFACS and organization behavior in 24Model were stated and two models were applied to analyze "8.12" fire and explosion accident in Tianjin port. The results show that there is a correspondence between the organizational influences in HFACS and organization behavior in 24Model,but 24 Model is easier to be used to make accident analysis and the analytical results are more useful to take measures to prevent accidents,and that the safety culture elements in 24Model need further improvement.
