摘　　要：白细胞介素10(IL-10)是机体的重要免疫调节因子,主要由辅助性T细胞(Th)2分泌,它能广泛抑制Th1细胞因子的合成与分泌,并参与多种细胞生物功能的调节,具有促进免疫和抑制免疫反应的双向免疫调节作用。IL-10参与了Graves病和桥本甲状腺炎等自身免疫性疾病的发生、发展,在自身免疫性甲状腺疾病(AITD)中的研究越来越受人们的关注。目前,IL-10在AITD中的研究尚无一致结论,进一步开展它与其他细胞因子的研究,将有助于提高AITD的诊疗水平。Interleukin-10（ IL-10 ）, an important immune regulatory factor, is mainly secreted by Th2 cells ,which can widely inhibit the synthesis and secretion of Thl cytokines. It participates in the regulation of biological functions of various cells and can both promote and suppress immune response. IL-10 is involved in the occurrence and development of autoimmune diseases like Graves＇s disease and Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis and its research in autoimmune thyroid diseases （AITD） has been drawing more and more attention. At present there is no consistent conclusion of IL-10 in AITD research,and further study on IL-10 with other cytokines will help to improve the diagnosis and treatment level of AITD.
