摘 要:无刷直流电机以其功率密度高、无机械换向等优点已经成为工业领域内一种主流的驱动电机。在无刷直流驱动系统中,最容易受到外界电磁干扰的就是逆变器部分。本文提出了一种通过分析三相电流波形来诊断和定位故障的方法。该方法通过提取相电流的诊断矩阵,并对比故障状态和正常状态相电流的诊断矩阵,从而检测逆变器开路故障并最终定位故障功率管的位置。最后在Matlab/Simulink环境中,仿真验证该方法的快速性和正确性。Brushless DC motor is a kind of main drive motor in the field of industry with its advantages of high power density, no mechanical commutation and so on. In the brushless DC drive system, the inverter part is the most vulnerable to external electromagnetic interference. In this paper, a new method is proposed to diagnose and locate faults by analyzing three phase current waveform. By extracting the diagnostic matrix of the phase current and comparing with the diagnostic matrix of the fault state and the normal state, this method can detect the open circuit fault and locate the fault power tube., Finally, the simulation in Matlab! Simulink shows that the proposed method is fast and accurate.
