摘  要:分析不同极绕组形式的同步磁阻电机的定子齿部与轭部设计原则,指出齿部与轭部厚度和电机磁负荷的关系,通过齿部、轭部的合理设计减小饱和造成的凸极率降低。研究定子齿冠削弧形成不均匀气隙对电机性能的影响,适当的不均匀气隙可以减小电机的转矩脉动和铁耗。最后研究同步磁阻电机定子齿开辅助槽的效应,分析辅助槽个数对转矩脉动的影响,总结采用辅助槽能削弱转矩脉动的绕组形式。Considering various winding structures for the synchronous reluctance machine (SynRM), design criteria of stator teeth and back-iron was analyzed. Relationship of the teeth width and back-iron thickness with the magnetic loading was proposed. By proper design of the teeth and back-iron, saliency reduction caused by saturation can be minimized. Influence of non-uniform air gap length made by stator tip shaping was investigated. Proper design of non-uniform air gap length can reduce the torque ripple and iron loss. Finally, effect of auxiliary slots on the stator teeth was investigated. Impact of the number of the auxiliary slots on the torque ripple was illustrated, and the winding configuration corresponding to which the auxiliary slots were effective for reducing the torque ripple was concluded.
