摘　　要：学界对马克思社会形态理论的研究存在着重大的学术分野,主要体现为"二形态说"、"三形态说"、"五形态说",并各执一词。由于人是马克思社会形态理论的本质,这就使得对马克思社会形态理论进行人学整合具有可能性和必然性。站在马克思人学的高度来看社会形态理论就会发现,原本看似分散、甚至矛盾的社会形态学论说实则是一个对立统一体——其统一性展示了人的自由而全面的发展是多方面因素共同作用的结果;其差异性既从不同的维度标示了人类生命特性的发展进程,又从不同的层面诠释了人自由而全面发展的内涵。The academic has a significant academic difference about the study of the soclal form m Marxist theory. It mainly embodies on ＂two kinds of theory form＂, ＂three kinds of theory form＂ and ＂five kinds of theory form＂, and each expert sticks to his argument. It is possible and inevitable to start integration of human study to the social formation in Marxist theory because the person is the es- sence of the social formation in Marxist theory. From the height of Marxist humanism to research the social formation theory, we will find that a scattered and even contradictory social formation theory actually is a unity of opposites. The unity shows that the free and comprehensive development of hu- man is an outcome functioned by various factors. The diversity shows the development process of human life characteristics and explains the connotation of the free and comprehensive development from different aspects.
