摘 要:可移动的信号分子对于植物的细胞之间、组织之间、器官之间以及植株与环境之间的交流非常重要。过去十几年的研究表明,作为一类信号分子,小肽在植物的干细胞维持、自交不亲和识别、气孔细胞的发育等重要生物学过程中起关键性作用。植物的小肽有很多种类,数量庞大,但我们对于绝大多数小肽参与什么生物学过程的调控以及它们的受体是什么均所知甚少。本文将侧重于综述目前有关小肽信号及其受体参与植物双受精过程的国内外进展,提出未来的研究方向,为彻底解析和阐明小肽信号在植物双受精中的作用奠定基础。Motile signal molecules are critical for cell-cell communications between plant tissues and organs, and between plants and external environment. During the past decade, it has been established that small pep- tides, as a group of signal molecules, play an essential role in many developmental processes in plants such as maintenance of stem cells, self-incompatibility, and ini- tiation of stomata cell development. According to many studies, there are large amount of small peptides of dif- ferent types in plants, but the biological roles and corre- sponding receptors are largely unknown for most of them. This short review will focus on the recent progres- ses of the functional dissection of the small peptides/re- ceptors during double fertilization, and will also propose the direction of the future study on functional identification of small peptides in plant reproduction field.
