摘 要:钛合金、镍基高温合金与淬硬钢等难加材料在高技术制造业中的广泛应用,驱动着立方氮化硼(cBN)砂轮向高速/超高速磨削方向快速发展。文章对立方氮化硼砂轮在难加工材料中的应用进行了阐述。指出,发展高速cBN砂轮,有利于加工效率和工件表面质量的提高,有利节约能源与资源,降低生产成本,有利于环境保护,符合绿色发展的方向。同时还列举了众多的国内专家学者科研所取得的成果结论,以展示其重要的意义与价值。The wide application of difficult-to-cut materials such as titanium alloy,nickel-base superalloy and quenched steel in high-tech industries has been pushing the develop-ment of cBN grinding wheel towards high/ultra-high speed grindng.The applications of cBN grinding wheels in the machining of difficult-to-cut materials has been expounded in this article.It is pointed out that the development of cBN grinding wheel can help to im-prove processing efficiency and workpiece surface quality,save energy and resources,re-duce production cost and protect environment,which is in line with the direction of green development.Meanwhile,research results of many domestic experts,scholars and scien-tific research institutes have been listed in order to demonstrate its significance and value.
