摘 要:目的探讨不同浓度氯化琥珀胆碱(suxamethonium chloride,Sch)对大鼠比目鱼肌离体单一肌梭传入放电的影响。方法采用空气隔绝法记录大鼠比目鱼肌离体单一肌梭传入放电,分别给予25mg/L、50mg/L、75ms/L、100mg/L、125mg/LSch灌流后,观察大鼠比目鱼肌离体单一肌梭传入放电的变化。结果1)给予25ms/LSch灌流后,大鼠比目鱼肌离体单一肌梭传入放电较灌流前无明显变化;2)分别给予50mg/L、75mg/LSch灌流后,肌梭传入放电较灌流前明显增多(p〈0.01);3)给予100mg/LSch灌流后,肌梭传入放电较灌流前无明显变化;4)给予125ms/L Sch灌流后,肌梭传入放电较灌流前明显减少(P〈0.05)。结论一定浓度的氯化琥珀胆碱(50-75mg/L)可特异性地兴奋肌梭,使大鼠比目鱼肌离体单一肌梭传入放电明显增多;氯化琥珀胆碱浓度过高(≥125mg/L)反而会抑制大鼠比目鱼肌离体单一肌梭的传入放电。Objective To investigate the effects of suxamethonium chloride (Sch) with different concentrationson atterent discharges of isolated soleus single muscle spindle of rats. Methods The changes of Sch with differ-ent concentrations, which were 25 mg/L, 50 mg/L, 75 mg/L, I00 mg/L and 125 mg/L respectively, wereobserved, the air-gap technique was adopted to record the afferent activities of isolated soleus single musclespindle. Results 1 ) After administration of 25 mg/L Sch, the afferent discharges of isolated soleus single mus-cle spindle of rat were not significantly changed. 2) After administrations of 50 mg/L and 75 mg/L Sch, theafferent discharges of single 100 mg/L Sch, the afferent ministration of 125 mg/L Sc muscle spindle were signific discharges of single muscle h, the afferent discharges of antly increased( P 〈 0.01 ). 3 ) After administration of spindle were not significantly changed. 4) After ad- single muscle spindle were significantly reduced ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Sch of certain concentration (50 -75 mg/L)specifically excites muscle spindle and obvi- ously increases the afferent discharges of isolated soleus single muscle spindle of rat. But Sch of high concen- tration (≥ 125 mg/L)inhibits the afferent discharges of isolated soleus single muscle spindle of rats.
